Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of the financial viability of academic programs, which includes examining external data on post-graduation earnings, studying the federal government's methodology for determining loan eligibility, and collaborating with external experts. The primary goal is to develop and recommend innovative and sustainable program delivery and tuition pricing models that will allow us to continue enrolling students in these high-value, high-need programs. Work with all colleges/schools and student support units at the university that focus on student retention, graduation rates and career outcomes to improve the outcomes for all students at DePaul. Developing a plan to address all three areas and identify metrics for success and coordinating proposed enhancements to the central administrative and college practices leveraging both technology and human interaction. Develop a business plan that outlines the investment needed and the qualitative and quantitative outcomes. Based on the loop campus master plan assist in redesigning the use of the space, evaluating how students and faculty perceive the current real estate and facilities and how these spaces support the new priorities of the university strategic plan. Propose how physical improvements can help programs meet their academic and professional needs and better serve the research, service, and educational needs of the next generation of DePaul operations. Conduct a comprehensive review of DePaul's graduate enrollment trends, including the complete admissions funnel from inquiry to deposit. Evaluate past marketing strategies and their results, as well as the current brand position of each program within our target communities. Make recommendations on how to strategically invest in promoting these programs to mitigate potential student and revenue loss.
